Step 6. What to do about acne and makeup!
Most people with facial acne wear makeup in an attempt to hide the sight of it. Unfortunately, this can cause the problem to worsen.
If you are wearing a cream foundation, now is the time to stop. Not only are these products filled with chemicals that worsen your skin's condition, they also clog your pores and trap the chemicals beneath the top layer of your epidermis. This creates a prime environment for acne to grow and spread.
If you must wear makeup, only wear a talc-free powder. While many powders don't provide much coverage, mineral makeup often does a great job. I have personally found that the brand Physician's Formula provides very natural looking coverage, at a reasonable price, and won't damage your skin.
Step 7. Apply a facial mask every 4-8 days.
One of the best tips for clear skin you can put to action is to try using face masks. Generally the best kind involve clay and/or avocado, both of which draw out the impurities from deep in your skin to the outside.
The key with face masks is to apply them regularly, but not too often. Once in a while isn't going to help you much, but your skin can really improve if used once or twice a week and followed with a moisturizer.

People generally like to skip this part, because eating healthily can be difficult. The harsh truth is however, that it is nearly impossible to have great skin if you eat junk all day!
