Teeth Whitener in Your Kitchen
Inexpensive home teeth whitener can be easy to make!
How to Whiten Teeth
Want to have a brite smile? Teeth whitening at home is the way to go.
We all know that brightening your smile can be expensive if done by a dentist. So if you're looking to save, a white smile created at home might be just up your alley!
Many methods of dental whitening at home, however, can be very dangerous to your health. At-home uses of things like lemon juice and crushed strawberries can damage the enamel on your teeth permanently.

Each home whitening recipe I am about to share with you is one that I have tested and tried. So I can truthfully tell you that my home recipes are effective and safe.
Ready to brighten your pearly whites?
A common ingredient in every kitchen, baking soda is almost a miracle worker when it comes to having bright and beautiful white teeth. I personally have used this method many times to remove stains, plaque, and buildup.
Obviously, you know that it is essential to maintain a proper brushing and flossing regimen. A weekly baking soda program is an additional, effective method of keeping your teeth clean, fresh and beautiful.
Best Teeth Whitening
To start, place a dollop of toothpaste onto your brush, and then gently dip into a Dixie cup of baking soda. Proceed to brush your teeth as usual for three to five minutes. Do this once a week, and you'll be noticing results pretty much immediately!
The Medicine-Cabinet Home Teeth Whitener
Another simple household ingredient for home whitening can be found in most medicine cabinets. Not only does hydrogen peroxide whiten and brighten, it also sterilizes your mouth!
Killing the bacteria in your mouth prevents tooth decay, bad breath, stains, and diseases such as gingivitis. That's a pretty nice bonus for having a cheap home teeth whitener!
To apply, swish your mouth with hydrogen peroxide before brushing. Swish for about one minute, and then follow up by brushing as usual.

Opalescence Teeth Whitening... In Just A Few Simple Steps
This last home whitener recipe is simply information on keeping your teeth white in the long term through healthy methods.
You might be surprised to know that saliva actually plays an important role in the whitening of your teeth. Dentists commonly agree that more saliva is better when it comes to your mouth. Kissing for pearly whites, anyone? ;)
This is because saliva is an antibacterial fluid and thus prevents decay and discoloration from germs. Chewing sugarless gum is a good way to whiten your teeth because it causes your mouth to produce more saliva.
Even a non-whitening sugarless gum will be an effective at home whitening product over time. Also, foods such as apples, pears, celery, carrots and broccoli are quite effective mouth scrubbers.
These foods are not only essential to your body, they'll keep your mouth looking healthy and beautiful without potential damage to the enamel from teeth whitening products.
It is important to remember that any food capable of staining a white tee shirt is capable of staining your teeth. Most dentists agree with this, and it would make sense, right?
Coffee and smoking are some of the largest causes of stained and ugly teeth. And did we mention how horrible smoking is for you?? Save your teeth, and your body, and eat healthfully throughout your life!
