Diabetes

This is a big one! Research is showing that vinegar might be helping to lower glucose levels and help those with diabetes or pre-diabetes. Scientists aren't absolutely sure it works due to the small group sizes in studies. However, responses from trials so far have been positive. Start with 1-2 tablespoons twice a day.

A complete study in the 1950s by Dr. D.C. Jarvis showed that people who took a tablespoon of ACV before each meal every day would weigh 25 pounds less in two years without changing anything in their diet or exercise level.
